According to the Official Regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of the Alhambra and Generalife, implemented on 1/1/2020, the tickets once purchased cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled.. 

The refund of the ticket price once purchased will not be made under any circumstances and will result in a 100% charge.
